SQUASH BREAD

2 cups scalded milk

1/2 cup oil

2 tsp. Yeast

1/3 cup lukewarm water

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup mashed, cooked squash

1 tsp. Salt

1 beaten egg

“about” 8 cups flour

 

Beat all this in in order given, or use kneading bars of electric mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Makes 3 loaves.
