1 cup butter

1/2 cup icing sugar

1 1/3 cup flour

1 cup cornstarch

pinch of salt

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Combine all. (Have to KNEAD!).

Roll out and cut out cookies or pat out into pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
