Super easy!

1 large package chocolate chips

2 Tbsp. butter

Melt these two ingredients together and add:

1 can sweetened condensed milk (or my recipe for it already on this site)

1 cup flour

1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Drop on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
