SNACK OYSTER CRACKERS

Quick snack for Bible Class, etc.

 

1 pound oyster crackers

1 cup vegetable oil

1 package ranch salad dressing mix

1 1/4 teaspoons dill weed

1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

 

Place crackers in a 6-qt bowl; set aside. Combine oil, dressing mix, dill weed and lemon pepper; whip well. Pour over crackers; mix thoroughly. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour; stirring 3 times.

Store in airtight container.
