This casserole is way too easy. Perfect for Rueben sandwich lovers.

 

16 ounces sauerkraut rinsed and drained

1 pound corned beef sliced

1 bottle Thousand island salad dressing or Russian

1/2 pound Swiss cheese grated

4 slices rye bread buttered and cubed

 

Layer all of the ingredients listed above in the order given in a 9 X 13" pan. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
