ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

3 cups chicken

1/2 cup Italian dressing

1 Tbs. soy sauce

1 rib celery

2 green onions

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Cook chicken and cut up into bite-sized pieces. Mix dressing and soy sauce together. Chop up celery and green onions. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with crackers on a bed of lettuce to dress it up.
