Macadamia Shortbread

250 gms Butter

3/4 cup icing sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

2 cups plain flour

100 gms Macadamias

Cream Butter and sugar, gradually add vanilla, 1/4 tsp. salt, flour and macadamias. Shape into balls. Press down with a fork. Cook in a slow oven - 150 degress for approx. 20 minutes.
