Hot Chocolate Mix

I (L.C.) recently lost everything on my computer, including the original web page for this recipe sent in by Sis. Patti several years ago. I was able to reproduce the recipe out of my personal recipe book, but I lost the opening remarks from Sis. Patti.
10 cups dry milk powder
4 3/4 cups icing sugar
6 ounces powdered non-dairy creamer
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 15 cups of mix - 45 servings.
For one serving, place 1/3 cup mix in a mug, add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Top with shipping cream or marshmallows.
