BREAD MACHINE EZEKIEL BREAD

1 cup water (I used milk)

1/4 cup Red Kidney Beans - (cooked and Drained)

1/4 cup Lentils - (cooked and drained)

1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 1/2 tablespoons Honey

3/4 teaspoon Salt

2 cups Bread Flour

1/2 cup Barley Flour (I used spelt flour)

1/2 cup Millet Flour (I used scotch oatmeal))

2 tablespoons vital gluten

1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

 

Turn on normal cycle for normal 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
