(A quick and easy cheesecake dessert)

This recipe won second place at one of our Sunday School Bake-offs
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 can apple pie filling
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Melt butter in 10" x 6" pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs and press against pan. Mix together condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Spread over crumb crust and top with apple pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. Remove and cool. Top with walnut and cinnamon mixture. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Use a blueberry or cherry pie filling too - just exclude nuts and cinnamon.
