ALL-DAY CROCK-POT CHICKEN

2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice

2 cups chicken stock

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. tomato paste

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

fresh garlic

dash allspice

4 lbs. chicken pieces

fresh sliced mushrooms

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1/4 tsp. ginger

 

Put in crock pot early in morning or late the night before.

 

One hour before serving, shake together and add:

3 Tbsp. cornstarch

1/4 c. cold milk

1/4 c. cold water
