CHOCOLATE PIE

8" pie (I put in 9" pan) crust - can use chocolate pie crust, graham crust or (I make normal crust). Bake your crust.

Pour into the crust this filling:

Cream together: 1/2 cup margarine, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add: 2 - 1 oz. squares melted semisweet baking chocolate, mixed with 1 tbsp. cocoa powder. Mix. Beat in: 2 eggs, 1 at a time, beating 5 min. at medium speed after each egg.

Cool at least 2 hours - best if you can chill 6-8 hrs.
