CHICKEN SALAD

4 cups cooked and chopped chicken breasts

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup green grape halves

1 cup chopped apple

1/2 tsp. curry powder

1 tsp. salt

1 cup mayonnaise

Lettuce leaves

1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds

In a bowl, combine first six ingredients. Mix well. Stir in salad dressing. Spoon onto lettuce-lined platter. Sprinkle with almonds.

Serves 6
