APPLE COFFEE CAKE

3/4 cup butter, softened 

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

2 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2/3 cup milk

4 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) apple slices

Streusel:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Grease bundt pan. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Add dry ingredients, after first mixing together in medium bowl. Mix and add milk. Beat with mixer until well blended. Gently fold in apples. Put batter into greased bundt pan - top with streusel. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 50 minutes.
